Just because we are adults does not mean that there is not a lot to learn about eating healthy. What you do with the things you learn is up to you. It is up to a child’s guardian to show a child how to get healthy and fit. If the parents are also overweight, then they can decide to get fit and trim along with the kids. It is the kids who deserve the chance to see what it is like to be fit and trim, and it is the parents who can show them how to do it.
